At aQweley Waabii, we take care to ensure your pieces reach you safely and on time. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order. Final delivery costs and estimated timelines will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that for international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may apply in line with your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. aQweley Waabii is unable to absorb or waive these fees. Orders returned due to unpaid customs charges will not be eligible for a refund on shipping costs.

Delivery Timelines

• Accra & Greater Accra: 3 –7 working days
• Other Regions within Ghana: 5 –10 working days
• International Orders: 10 –18 working days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location.

• Accra deliveries: GHC 100
• Nationwide (Ghana): Standard nationwide rate
• International shipping: Calculated at checkout

• Box selection is based on the total weight and volume of your order.
• Final shipping cost will be confirmed before dispatch.
• Delicate or structured pieces may require a larger box to maintain garment quality.

Payment & Delivery Terms

• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
• All orders must be fully paid before processing and dispatch.
